- Never use your business or main e-mail address on any on-line forms.
- Never use your e-mail address on paper forms for any non-business use.

- Use a "Throw Away" web mail address from Google Mail, Yahoo Mail or MSN for any non business or other web usageand delete the account when the Spam becomes too great.
- Use an ISP or Web host that provides "UP-STREAM" Spam filtering.
- Learn how to use your e-mail client's "Junk Mail" options.
- Never reply to Spam. Not even to be removed from a mailing list. All that does is let the sender know it has a valid e-mail address they can sell.
